Nicky Romero has teamed up Trilane to remix their latest track, “Never Forget”, featuring vocals from Tom Noah.
The song is slow, almost a sombre ballad in the verses, with the beat drop following the chorus a massive, euphoric EDM affair. Lyrically, Tom sings about memories and past lovers. The song is perfect for the clubs and parties, and has potential to be the next big dance hit.
This is also the third time that Nicky and Trilane have teamed up – they previously collaborated on the single “Bittersweet” in 2018, and Nicky also remixed Trilane’s track “Miss Out” back in 2017.
Nicky has collaborated with fellow DJs and EDM producers such as David Guetta, Like Mike and Sam Martin, and has done remixes for Martin Garrix, Jess Glynne and Kygo. He has produced tracks for big pop acts such as Rihanna and Britney Spears, and also achieved a UK #1 single with “I Could Be the One” with Avicii in 2013.
The future is also looking pretty bright for Trilane – as Nicky is a frequent champion of their work. The release of “Never Forget” follows on from the Swedish duo’s previous singles “Believe” and “Still Think of You” (with Loris Cimino and featuring David Shane).
